S'mores Cupcakes

**It has come to our attention that our email is back up and running. We are sorry that it was a mile long!!! It was just catching up on what it missed. But we are happy to report that it should be good going forward. Thanks.**

S'mores are one of my favorite summertime treats! Living in Idaho though, we have more winter than summer. I hate waiting for summer to enjoy my favorite treat. I have come up with a solution! S'mores CUPCAKES!!!! Is your mind blown yet??

How about now?? Don't those just look A-MAZING?! They totally were! And they didn't take long AT ALL! Super simple and quick! Let me teach you....

So I started with this Betty Crocker Triple Chocolate Fudge Super Moist Cake Mix. Just reading the title my mouth started watering right there in the store, my mom was with me and I'm sure she was embarrassed having to wipe the drool off of my chin, but that's how I knew these were perfect! Plus, I like the super moist mixes too. Nothing is worse than dry cake! (I know I live a rough life :)
I used the larger cupcake liners, and cooked them as the directions said on the box.

Once I pulled them out of the oven, I put them on a cooling rack and let them cool completely. After they were cooled, I frosted them with Marshmallow creme.

I took some graham crackers and smashed them up really well, and sprinkled them on top. I had to lightly press them into the creme to get them to stay. And then I shoved a little Hershey's chocolate and graham cracker in the top of it for decoration...and an excuse to eat more chocolate!

My whole family LOVED these little cupcakes!!! I really liked how easy these were to make and how much it pleased my family! I hope that you will make them for your family and let me know how they like them!!! What is your favorite summertime snack/food?? Leave me a comment below and let me know. :)
